I'm Jenny Dabbs, a licensed REALTOR® and Transition Specialist serving Charlotte, Cabarrus County, and surrounding communities. Real estate is rarely just about property. It's tied to bigger moments — a first home, a relocation, a divorce, a growing family, downsizing, or helping a parent figure out what's next. Whether you're planning ahead or responding to a change you didn't expect, I bring the same steady, honest approach to all of it.
This work is personal to me. I watched my mother-in-law build a career in real estate for years before I got into it myself, and when my own mother was diagnosed with dementia and my father passed away without a clear plan in place, I saw firsthand what happens when families run out of time to prepare. That's shaped how I show up for every client — whether it's your first home or a decision you've been putting off. (I also hold the SRES® credential for families navigating aging-related moves specifically.)
